Replacing every tooth in your upper or lower jaw is a big decision. If you are researching All-On-Four from Anderson Creek, you are probably weighing dentures, traditional implants, and what to do if you have been told your bone will not support standard implant placement. This page covers what All-On-Four is, why patients across Harnett County drive south to The Teeth Doctors™ for this procedure, and what the process looks like from your first consultation through to your permanent teeth.

The practice is located at 6402 Yadkin Road in Fayetteville, about 19 miles south of Anderson Creek. The drive runs roughly 30 minutes down NC-87 through Spring Lake. Full procedure details, pricing, and FAQs are below. Same-day phone consultations are available at (910) 864-4646.

What All-On-Four Actually Is

All-On-Four replaces an entire arch of teeth (upper, lower, or both) using just four titanium implants per arch. The implants are placed at specific angles in your jawbone so they anchor into the densest bone available, even in cases where traditional implants would have been ruled out. A fixed bridge of teeth is then attached to those four implants on the same day as your surgery.

You walk in without teeth, or with a failing set of teeth or a denture you are tired of wearing, and you leave the same day with a fixed prosthesis that stays in your mouth. You do not take it out at night. You brush it like teeth. You eat what you want, including foods most denture wearers have written off.

The temporary prosthesis is worn for the next three to six months while the implants fuse with your jawbone. Once that fusion is complete, a final permanent prosthesis is fitted. Total treatment time from your first appointment to your final teeth runs four to six months for most patients.

Why Patients Drive From Anderson Creek for This Procedure

Implant work depends on the operator. Two patients with identical situations can get very different results based on who places the implants and designs the prosthesis. For a procedure this involved, the credentials of the person doing the work matter more than location.

Dr. Jeremiah C. Davis holds Master-level credentials from three of the most respected organizations in implant dentistry: the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (MICOI), the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD), and the Academy of Osseointegration (AO). He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (FAAID) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology (DABOI/ID). Only eight dentists in the state of North Carolina have earned the DABOI/ID credential.

He is also a Surgical Master of the Interdisciplinary Dental Education Academy, an honor held by just eight dentists in the entire United States, and a Dawson Academy Scholar.

Before founding The Teeth Doctors™, Dr. Davis served as a captain in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg. He holds a DDS from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. In 2021 he was named to Incisal Edge magazine's "40 Under 40" list of America's best young dentists.

Anderson Creek does not have a provider with that depth of implant-specific credentialing. The 30-minute drive south to Fayetteville closes that gap.

Your Treatment Timeline

The full timeline runs about four to six months from consultation to permanent prosthesis. Here is what each phase looks like.

Free Consultation

A 90-minute first appointment. You receive a full clinical exam, cone-beam CT imaging of your jaw, a complete treatment plan, an exact cost estimate, and a review of your sedation and financing options. You leave with a clear understanding of what your specific case requires. The consultation is free and commits you to nothing.

Surgery and Same-Day Teeth

Implants are placed and a temporary prosthesis is fitted on the same day, in a single visit. Surgery runs three to four hours per arch. IV sedation is offered for patients who want to be asleep for the procedure; oral sedation and local-only options are also available. If you choose IV sedation, you will need a driver.

 Healing Window

The implants fuse with your jawbone over the next three to six months. You wear the temporary prosthesis throughout this period and eat a soft-food diet for the first 8 to 12 weeks. Brief check-in appointments are scheduled along the way.

Final Prosthesis

Once fusion is complete, the permanent prosthesis is fitted. From this point on, twice-yearly check-ups are all you will need.

All-On-Four Investment

The Teeth Doctors™ offers two All-On-Four options based on the material of the final prosthesis.

Fixed Acrylic Denture

Starting at $20,000 per arch. The fee includes your complete oral evaluation, cone-beam CT scan, four implants, the fixed acrylic bridge, and access to the treatment team across the entire timeline.

Fixed Zirconia Denture

Starting at $30,000 per arch. Zirconia is more durable, more stain-resistant, and visually closer to natural teeth than acrylic. The fee includes the same components as the acrylic option, with the zirconia prosthesis substituted.

Both options produce a fixed prosthesis you do not take out at night. The choice between them is mostly about budget and aesthetic preference. Your consultation will cover which is the better fit for your situation.

Payment options:

  • Dental insurance benefits where applicable. We verify your coverage in advance so you know exactly what your plan will pay before you commit.
  • CareCredit financing across 24, 36, 48, or 60 months for the patient share.
  • The Friends and Family Membership Plan, an in-house option for patients without dental insurance.

Sedation Options That Make Surgery Day Easier

Most All-On-Four patients pick IV sedation, which puts you in a sleep-like state for the duration of the procedure. You will not remember the surgery. Oral sedation is a lighter option, taken as a pill before your appointment. Local anesthesia is administered in every case regardless of which sedation route you pick. Your consultation covers which option is right for you based on your medical history and your preferences.

Driving From Anderson Creek

The practice is at 6402 Yadkin Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303. From most points in Anderson Creek, the drive runs about 30 minutes.

The most direct route takes NC-87 South from Anderson Creek through Spring Lake and into northwest Fayetteville. As you approach Fayetteville, NC-87 connects to the Bragg Boulevard corridor; turn off at Yadkin Road and the practice is on your right. From the Anderson Creek Club area, the route is the same: NC-87 South all the way. Roughly 28 to 32 minutes door to door.

An alternate route runs via NC-210 East to I-95 South, then exits onto I-295 West (the Fayetteville Outer Loop) toward the All American Freeway, then south to Yadkin Road. This adds about 5 minutes but avoids the Spring Lake corridor during weekday rush hour. About 33 to 38 minutes total.

Free on-site parking. Ground-floor entrance, no stairs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does the actual procedure take?

Surgery day runs three to four hours per arch. If you are doing both upper and lower arches in one day, plan on most of the day at the practice. You leave with your temporary prosthesis in place.

Q: Will I have teeth the same day?

Yes. That is a defining feature of All-On-Four: you do not leave the practice without teeth. The temporary prosthesis is fitted on the same day as the implant placement.

Q: I was told I do not have enough bone for implants. Can I still do All-On-Four?

Probably. The angled placement of the four implants is specifically designed to use the densest bone available in the front of your jaw, where bone tends to be preserved even after long-term tooth loss. Many patients who were ruled out for traditional implants are good candidates for All-On-Four. The cone-beam CT scan at your consultation gives us a definitive answer for your case.

Q: What does the $20,000 starting price include?

The $20,000 starting price for the Fixed Acrylic option includes your complete oral evaluation, cone-beam CT scan, four implants, the fixed acrylic bridge, and the full course of care. The price is per arch. The $30,000 zirconia option includes the same components with the zirconia prosthesis substituted.

Q: How long do All-On-Four implants last?

The titanium implants themselves are intended to be permanent. Long-term studies show success rates above 95 percent over 10 or more years for properly placed and maintained All-On-Four implants. The prosthesis material (acrylic or zirconia) may need refurbishment or replacement after 10 to 15 years depending on wear and habits.

Q: After surgery, do I need to drive back to Fayetteville for every follow-up?

The first few months include a small number of brief check-in visits, each typically 15 to 30 minutes. After the permanent prosthesis is fitted, you will come back twice a year for maintenance. Most Anderson Creek patients also keep a local general dentist for cleanings between visits.

Q: Can my spouse and family come to this practice too?

Yes. The Teeth Doctors™ is a general dental practice in addition to its implant focus, so your spouse and dependents can have their routine dental care here as well. Many implant patients choose to consolidate the family's dental care here once they see the practice.
