Eastover sits just east of Fayetteville, about 10 to 15 minutes from The Teeth Doctors™ on Yadkin Road. If you are considering All-On-Four, the geography is convenient. What matters more is who is placing the implants and what the procedure actually involves. This page covers both.

The practice address is 6402 Yadkin Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303. Direct line: (910) 864-4646. Free consultations available.

What All-On-Four Solves

You are probably considering All-On-Four for one of these reasons.

You are losing most or all of your teeth

Severe gum disease, decay across multiple teeth, or trauma. The teeth are not salvageable and replacement is the only path forward.

You have been wearing dentures and you are done with them

Slipping, soreness, food restrictions, the awkwardness of cleaning them in public, and the ongoing bone loss that continues underneath dentures. Many patients reach a point where they want a fixed option.

You have been told traditional implants will not work

Insufficient bone density was the answer you got. All-On-Four is specifically designed to work in jaws where traditional implants do not, by placing the four implants at angles that use the densest bone available.

In all three situations, All-On-Four produces the same result: a fixed bridge of teeth anchored to four titanium implants, attached on the same day as your surgery, worn permanently, brushed like teeth, eaten with like teeth.

The Procedure in Plain Terms

Four titanium implants are placed in each arch (upper, lower, or both depending on what you need). The implants are positioned at specific angles, not vertically like traditional implants. This angled placement does two things: it uses the densest available bone (which is preserved in the front of the jaw even after long-term tooth loss), and it creates a stable foundation for a fixed prosthesis with fewer implants.

A temporary prosthesis is fitted to the four implants on the same day as your surgery. You leave the practice with teeth. The temporary is worn for three to six months while the implants fuse with your jawbone. Once fusion is complete, your permanent prosthesis is fitted.

You do not remove it at night. You brush it like teeth. You eat what you want.

Who Is Performing the Procedure

Fayetteville NC Dentist Dr. Jeremiah C. Davis Recognized as One of the Top Implant Dentists in North Carolina

Dr. Jeremiah C. Davis founded The Teeth Doctors™ after serving as a captain in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg. His clinical credentials in implant dentistry are unusual at any distance:

  • DDS, UNC Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.
  • MBA, UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
  • Master of the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD), held by less than 2 percent of general dentists in the US and Canada.
  • Master of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (MICOI).
  • Master of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO).
  • Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (FAAID).
  • Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology (DABOI/ID), one of only eight dentists in North Carolina to hold this credential.
  • Surgical Master of the Interdisciplinary Dental Education Academy, an honor held by only eight dentists in the United States.
  • Dawson Academy Scholar.

In 2021, Incisal Edge magazine named him to its "40 Under 40" list of America's best young dentists.

For a procedure where the operator dictates the result, this depth of credentialing matters more than any other factor.

Your Treatment Timeline

The full timeline runs four to six months from your consultation appointment to your final permanent prosthesis. Here is what each stage involves.

Free Consultation

90 minutes. Cone-beam CT imaging, clinical exam, treatment plan, exact cost estimate, and a review of sedation and financing options.

Surgery and Same-Day Teeth

The four implants are placed and the temporary prosthesis is fitted in a single visit. Three to four hours per arch. IV sedation is offered for patients who want to be asleep through the procedure; oral sedation and local-only are also available.

Healing

Three to six months for the implants to fuse with your jawbone. Temporary prosthesis worn throughout. Soft-food diet for the first 8 to 12 weeks. Brief check-in visits scheduled during the period.

Final Prosthesis

Once fusion is complete, the permanent prosthesis is fitted. Twice-yearly check-ups from this point on.

Investment

Two material options.

Fixed Acrylic, Starting at $20,000 per Arch

Includes complete oral evaluation, cone-beam CT scan, four implants, the fixed acrylic bridge, and the full course of care. The acrylic option is what most patients pick.

Fixed Zirconia, Starting at $30,000 per Arch

Same components as the acrylic option, with a zirconia prosthesis substituted for the acrylic. Zirconia is more durable, stain-resistant, and visually closer to natural enamel. The better long-term choice if budget allows.

Payment paths:

  • Dental insurance, where benefits apply. We verify your coverage in advance.
  • CareCredit financing across 24 to 60 months.
  • Friends and Family Membership Plan for patients without insurance.

Your consultation gives you an exact number for your case.

Sedation Options

IV sedation is the most common choice for All-On-Four patients. You are in a sleep-like state for the duration of the procedure and you do not remember it afterward. Oral sedation is lighter and taken as a pill before the appointment. Local anesthesia is administered in all cases regardless of sedation route. If you pick IV sedation, you will need a driver.

Driving From Eastover

The practice is at 6402 Yadkin Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303. From Eastover the drive runs about 10 to 15 minutes depending on where in Eastover you start.

From central Eastover, take US-301 Business / Dunn Road west into Fayetteville. Continue toward Bragg Boulevard, then turn off at Yadkin Road. The practice is on the corridor between Bragg Boulevard and Cross Creek Mall. Around 10 to 12 minutes door to door.

An alternate route uses I-295 West (the Fayetteville Outer Loop). Pick it up east of Eastover, take it west around the city, exit at the All American Freeway south, and connect to Yadkin Road via Santa Fe Drive. This route is slightly longer in miles but avoids the in-town traffic during weekday rush hour. About 15 to 18 minutes total.

Free parking on-site. Ground-floor entrance, no stairs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What happens at the first appointment?

A 90-minute consultation. You will get a cone-beam CT scan of your jaw, a full clinical exam, a complete treatment plan with exact costs, and time to ask questions. You leave with a clear picture of what your case requires and what it would cost. The consultation is free and commits you to nothing.

Q: Can I go back to work the next day?

Most patients take 2 to 4 days off after surgery. Some patients with desk jobs return on day three. If your work is physical or requires you to be presentable in front of clients, plan on closer to a full week. Swelling and bruising are common in the first week.

Q: Will the teeth look natural?

Yes. The prosthesis is custom-designed to match your facial structure, lip line, and the way you smile. We work with you on tooth color and shape during the planning phase. Zirconia produces a more natural-looking result than acrylic, but well-made acrylic is also convincing.

Q: How do I clean All-On-Four teeth long-term?

Brush twice a day with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Use a water flosser daily; traditional floss does not work well around fixed implant bridges. Come in twice a year for professional cleaning. With this routine, the prosthesis lasts 10 to 15 years before refurbishment is needed.

Q: What if I smoke?

Smoking lowers implant success rates because it interferes with bone fusion. We do not refuse to treat smokers, but we are direct: quitting (or at minimum stopping during the healing window) materially improves your chance of long-term success. Your consultation will cover this in detail.

Q: Does dental insurance cover any of this?

Most dental insurance plans contribute something to All-On-Four, but coverage varies widely by plan. Some plans cover implants, some do not. Some cover extractions but not the implants. We verify your benefits before treatment so you know exactly what your plan will pay before you commit.

Q: Can I start with one arch now and do the other later?

Yes. Many patients begin with the arch that is in worse shape, complete the full timeline, then decide about the other arch. The financing for the second arch can also be staged later. Your consultation will cover the trade-offs of single-arch versus dual-arch treatment.
