Hope Mills is part of the Fayetteville metro, and the drive to our practice on Yadkin Road is about 8 miles up Cliffdale Road. For something as involved as All-On-Four, the practical question is not how far you drive but who is doing the work. This page covers what All-On-Four is, what it costs, who performs the procedure here, and what your treatment will look like from the first consultation through to your permanent teeth.
The practice is at 6402 Yadkin Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303. Direct line: (910) 864-4646. Consultations are free.
What All-On-Four Actually Does
All-On-Four replaces an entire arch of teeth (upper, lower, or both) using four titanium implants placed at angles in your jawbone. The angled placement is intentional. It uses the densest available bone in the front of the jaw, which means the procedure works in cases where traditional implants would have required bone grafting or would have been ruled out entirely.
A fixed bridge of teeth is attached to those four implants on the same day as your surgery. You walk out of the practice with teeth. Not a denture you take in and out, not a temporary you can only eat soup with. A fixed prosthesis that stays in your mouth, that you brush like teeth, that lets you eat what you want.
The first prosthesis is a temporary, worn for three to six months while the implants fuse with your jawbone. Once fusion is complete, the permanent prosthesis is fitted. Total treatment time from your first appointment to your final teeth runs four to six months for most patients.
Why Hope Mills Patients Pick This Practice
The drive from Hope Mills is short. That removes distance as a factor in the decision and shifts the question to what you actually care about for a procedure this involved: who is placing the implants, what their credentials look like, and how the practice handles the multi-month course of care.
Dr. Jeremiah C. Davis holds Master-level credentials from three of the most respected organizations in implant dentistry: the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (MICOI), the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD), and the Academy of Osseointegration (AO). He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (FAAID) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology (DABOI/ID). Only eight dentists in the state of North Carolina have earned the DABOI/ID credential.
He is also a Surgical Master of the Interdisciplinary Dental Education Academy, an honor held by just eight dentists in the entire United States, and a Dawson Academy Scholar.
Before founding The Teeth Doctors™, Dr. Davis served as a captain in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division. He holds a DDS from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. In 2021 he was named to Incisal Edge magazine's "40 Under 40" list of America's best young dentists.
For an 8-mile drive, you get a level of implant credentialing that most patients would not find at 80 miles.
Your Treatment Timeline
Free Consultation
A 90-minute first appointment. You receive a full clinical exam, cone-beam CT imaging of your jaw, a complete treatment plan, an exact cost estimate, and a review of sedation and financing options. You leave with a clear understanding of what your specific case requires. The consultation is free and commits you to nothing.
Surgery and Same-Day Teeth
Implants are placed and a temporary prosthesis is fitted on the same day, in a single visit. Surgery runs three to four hours per arch. IV sedation is offered for patients who want to be asleep through the procedure; oral sedation and local-only options are also available. If you choose IV sedation, you will need a driver.
Healing Window
The implants fuse with your jawbone over the next three to six months. You wear the temporary prosthesis throughout this period and eat a soft-food diet for the first 8 to 12 weeks. Brief check-in appointments are scheduled along the way, each typically 15 to 30 minutes.
Final Prosthesis
Once fusion is complete, the permanent prosthesis is fitted. From this point on, twice-yearly check-ups are all you will need.
All-On-Four Investment
The Teeth Doctors™ offers two All-On-Four options based on the material of the final prosthesis.
Fixed Acrylic Denture
Starting at $20,000 per arch. The fee includes your complete oral evaluation, cone-beam CT scan, four implants, the fixed acrylic bridge, and access to the treatment team across the entire timeline.
Fixed Zirconia Denture
Starting at $30,000 per arch. Zirconia is more durable, more stain-resistant, and visually closer to natural teeth than acrylic. The fee includes the same components as the acrylic option, with the zirconia prosthesis substituted.
Both options produce a fixed prosthesis you do not take out at night. The choice between them is mostly about budget and aesthetic preference. Your consultation will cover which is the better fit for your situation.
Payment options:
- Dental insurance benefits where applicable. We verify your coverage in advance so you know exactly what your plan will pay before you commit.
- CareCredit financing across 24, 36, 48, or 60 months for the patient share.
- The Friends and Family Membership Plan, an in-house option for patients without dental insurance.
Sedation Options
Most All-On-Four patients pick IV sedation, which puts you in a sleep-like state for the duration of the procedure. You will not remember the surgery. Oral sedation is a lighter option, taken as a pill before your appointment. Local anesthesia is administered in every case regardless of which sedation route you pick. If dental anxiety has been keeping you from addressing a long-standing problem with your teeth, the consultation is the right place to walk through how each option works for your situation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long is each appointment in the All-On-Four timeline?
The consultation runs about 90 minutes. Surgery day is three to four hours per arch (most of the day if you are doing both upper and lower). Check-in visits during the healing window are 15 to 30 minutes each. The final prosthesis fitting is typically a 1.5 to 2 hour appointment. Most of the timeline is the healing itself, not chair time.
Q: Will I have teeth on the day of surgery?
Yes. That is a defining feature of All-On-Four: you do not leave the practice without teeth. The temporary prosthesis is fitted to the implants on the same day as the placement surgery. You walk out with a full set of teeth in place.
Q: Can I get this done if only some of my teeth are bad, or do I have to wait until they all fail?
You do not have to wait. If you have teeth that need to come out plus a few that look fine but are likely to fail in the next few years, addressing it all at once with All-On-Four is often more practical (and cheaper over time) than fixing problems one at a time as they emerge. The consultation will cover whether your specific situation is a good fit for the procedure now versus later.
Q: What if I have dental anxiety and have been avoiding dental work for years?
Sedation options are part of why patients with serious dental anxiety choose All-On-Four. IV sedation in particular puts you in a sleep-like state where you do not remember the procedure. We have worked with patients who had not been to a dentist in 10 or 15 years. The consultation itself can be done with light oral sedation if you prefer.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. CareCredit financing offers terms up to 60 months for the patient share after any insurance contribution. The Friends and Family Membership Plan is an in-house option that offers built-in discounts on procedures for patients without dental insurance. Your consultation will work through the specific numbers for your case.
Q: Can I keep my regular Hope Mills dentist for cleanings?
Yes. Many All-On-Four patients keep their existing general dentist for routine cleanings and continue with us for the implant-specific follow-up visits. Once your permanent prosthesis is fitted, share the documentation with your Hope Mills dentist so they know what is in your mouth and how to clean around it.
Schedule Your Consultation
The All-On-Four decision is too important to make from a webpage. The consultation is where you see your own imaging, get a specific treatment plan for your case, and decide whether the procedure and the practice are right for you. It is free, and it commits you to nothing.
Call (910) 864-4646 to schedule, or use the contact form on our site. Hours: Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM. If you have recent X-rays or imaging from another provider, bring them; if not, we will take fresh imaging during your visit.
