Spout Springs is a community in southwestern Harnett County, about 23 miles north of our practice on Yadkin Road. The drive south runs about 25 to 30 minutes down NC-87. Many Spout Springs residents are already familiar with the route into Fayetteville for work, errands, and medical appointments, especially families with Fort Liberty connections living in the Linden Oaks area or nearby.

This page covers what All-On-Four involves, who is performing the procedure here, what it costs, and what the timeline looks like. Address: 6402 Yadkin Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303. Direct line: (910) 864-4646. Free consultations available.

What All-On-Four Is

All-On-Four replaces an entire arch of teeth (upper, lower, or both) using four titanium implants placed at specific angles in your jawbone. The angled placement uses the densest available bone in the front of the jaw, which means the procedure often works in cases where traditional implants would have been ruled out for insufficient bone.

A fixed bridge of teeth is attached to those four implants on the same day as your surgery. You walk out of the practice with teeth. The temporary prosthesis is worn for three to six months while the implants fuse with your jawbone, then the permanent prosthesis is fitted. The prosthesis stays in your mouth. You brush it like teeth. You eat what you want. You do not take it out at night.

Why Spout Springs Patients Drive South for This Procedure

Harnett County has dental providers but not at the credentialing depth that full-arch implant work rewards. The case volume and pattern recognition that produce consistent results in All-On-Four are concentrated in a small number of providers. The combination of Master-level credentials from three implant-dentistry organizations and the very rare in-state and in-country certifications is what makes the 25 to 30 minute drive sensible for a procedure you live with for the next 10 to 20 years.

Many Spout Springs families have a Fort Liberty connection. The practice is veteran-owned: Dr. Davis served as a captain in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division before founding The Teeth Doctors™. The practice handles family dentistry alongside its implant focus, so the same trip can cover routine cleanings for the rest of the family.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does this practice handle the small-town feel my family is used to?

The practice is independently owned. The same provider performs your consultation, your surgery, and your follow-up. There is no rotating cast of providers, no impersonal feel of a corporate dental chain. For a multi-month treatment course, knowing the person directing your care matters more than for a single visit.

Q: Can the whole family use this practice for regular dental care?

Yes. The Teeth Doctors™ is a general dental practice in addition to its implant focus. Many All-On-Four patients consolidate their family's dental care here once they see the practice. For families already making the drive from Spout Springs, having all of the family's dental visits at one practice often simplifies scheduling.

Q: What happens if my situation changes and I cannot make a planned appointment?

Life happens. Call us as early as you know and we will work to reschedule. Surgery day requires the most lead time because it involves coordinated scheduling of the implants, the temporary prosthesis, and the IV sedation team. Brief check-in visits during the healing window are easier to move.

Q: Does the practice work with TRICARE Dental Program?

We verify your benefits before treatment and bill TRICARE Dental Program where coverage applies. Coverage for implants varies by your specific TRICARE plan and the medical necessity of your case. Bring your TRICARE information to your consultation and we will work through what your plan will pay.

Q: How does All-On-Four work for someone in their 40s or 50s?

Younger patients facing full-arch tooth loss are often excellent All-On-Four candidates. The longevity expectations make zirconia (the $30,000 starting price option) a better long-term choice over acrylic in many cases because of its durability. Younger patients also tend to integrate the implants well because of generally better bone density and faster healing. The consultation will cover the specifics for your case.

Q: How long do appointments typically run?

Consultation is 90 minutes. Surgery is 3 to 4 hours per arch. Check-ins during healing are 15 to 30 minutes. Final prosthesis fitting is 1.5 to 2 hours. Most of the four to six month timeline is healing time, not chair time.
