A 20-Minute Drive to Implant-Trained Denture Care
If you live in Anderson Creek, you have a short drive south on Bragg Boulevard or Hwy 401 to reach our office. About 14 miles, 20 to 25 minutes depending on traffic, and you arrive at a Fayetteville practice built around implant and denture work.
Most general dentists in the area can fit you for traditional dentures. Fewer can plan, place, and restore the dental implants that turn a slipping lower denture into one that snaps into place and stays there. That is the work Dr. Jeremiah Davis spends most of his time on.
Dr. Davis is a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology, and a Master of both the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Academy of Osseointegration. Those credentials take ten-plus years of additional training, hundreds of supervised cases, and rigorous board exams. They matter most when your dentures need to anchor to implants, when bone is thin, or when a previous denture has failed.
For a straightforward replacement of a working upper denture, your closest dentist is fine. For anything more complicated, a 20-minute drive is a small price for the right training.
Denture Options Available at Our Fayetteville Office
Traditional Full Dentures
Full dentures replace all the teeth on your upper jaw, lower jaw, or both. We take impressions, send them to our partner lab, fit a wax try-in so you can see the shape and shade before the lab finishes them, and then deliver the final set with adjustments scheduled over the next few weeks as your gums settle. Most patients reach a comfortable fit within 4 to 6 visits.
Partial Dentures
A partial replaces some of your teeth and clips onto the natural ones that remain. We make partials in metal-framework, flexible, and acrylic versions. The right choice depends on which teeth you still have, how many you are replacing, and whether you want the clasps to be visible.
Immediate Dentures
Immediate dentures go in the same day your remaining teeth come out, so you do not leave our office without teeth. They need a soft-line reline at 3 to 6 months as your gums and bone heal, and most patients move to a permanent set 6 to 12 months in. We plan the timeline at your consultation so you know what to expect.
Implant-Supported Dentures (Snap-In and All-on-4)
This is the work most of our denture patients drive in for. Two to four implants in your lower jaw stop a loose denture from rocking. Four implants in your upper jaw remove the palate plate so you can taste food again. The All-on-4 protocol gives you a fixed set of teeth on the same day as your extractions, in many cases, when your bone allows it.
Why Anderson Creek Patients Choose Dr. Davis
- Implant credentials. Dr. Davis holds five master-level or board credentials in implant and general dentistry, including the DABOI/ID and FAAID. Most general dentists in this region do not.
- In-house surgical and restorative work. We extract teeth, place implants, and design and deliver the final dentures under one roof. You are not handed off between offices.
- Sedation that fits the procedure. Oral sedation, nitrous, and IV sedation are all available. We pick the right one for the case and your medical history. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM that all three modalities are currently offered.]
- Friends and Family Membership Plan. If you do not have dental insurance, our in-house plan covers your exams, cleanings, x-rays, and gives you a discount on treatment. The plan was built for patients who would otherwise skip care.
- CareCredit financing. Multi-year, low-monthly-payment financing on full-arch denture and implant cases. We submit the application for you at the consultation if you want.
What to Expect at Your First Denture Visit
The first visit takes about an hour. We do a full exam, a panoramic x-ray, and a 3D CBCT scan if implants are on the table. We talk through what you want your teeth to do (eat steak again, stop hiding when you smile, replace a denture that has never fit right) and what is realistic given your bone, gums, and budget.
You leave the first visit with a written treatment plan, a price for each option, and a clear next step. No pressure to decide that day.
Sedation Options for Anxious or Complex Cases
A lot of denture patients have put off dental work for years. Sedation makes the difference between getting it done and putting it off again. Oral sedation is a pill before your appointment that takes the edge off. Nitrous (laughing gas) wears off fast so you can drive yourself home. IV sedation is for full-arch implant placement or for patients who get seriously anxious in the chair; you will need someone to drive you home that day.
Paying for Your Dentures: Insurance, CareCredit, Membership
We accept most major dental insurance plans. We file your claims for you. For patients without insurance, our Friends and Family Membership Plan covers preventive care and discounts treatment. CareCredit is available for cases that need financing. We will lay out the numbers in writing at your consultation so you can compare options at home.

Anderson Creek Denture FAQs
How long does it take to get a full set of dentures?
From first visit to final delivery, traditional full dentures take 4 to 8 weeks across roughly five appointments. Immediate dentures go in the day of extraction. Implant-supported full-arch cases run 3 to 6 months for most patients, longer if grafting is needed.
Will my insurance pay for dentures?
Most dental insurance plans cover a portion of denture costs, often 50% up to your annual maximum. Implant-supported cases are partly covered by some plans and not at all by others. We verify your benefits before treatment so you have an accurate out-of-pocket number.
How much do dentures cost?
Costs vary by material, lab, and whether implants are involved. We give you a written quote at your first visit. We do not publish a single number on the website because the right answer depends on your case.
Will my dentures slip when I eat or talk?
Well-fit upper dentures rarely slip. Lower dentures slip more often because there is less bone for them to suction against. If yours slip, two implants in the lower jaw fix the problem permanently and cost less than most people expect.
Can I get dentures in one day?
Yes, if your case qualifies. Immediate dentures and same-day All-on-4 protocols both deliver teeth on the same day as extractions. Whether you qualify depends on your bone density and overall health. We tell you at the consultation.
