Removable, implant-supported, and All-on-4 dentures for Pope Field airmen, retirees, and military families. Veteran-owned practice 11 minutes from the installation.
For Pope Field Airmen, Families, and Retirees
Active-duty airmen at Pope Field get dental care through the installation. We are not here to replace that. Where we come in is the work that falls outside what your in-service dental clinic handles: dentures, implant-supported dentures, and full-arch reconstruction for retirees, family members, and veterans living off-installation. We also see active-duty members for procedures that need a civilian referral.
Our office is on Yadkin Road, about 11 minutes from Pope Field via Bragg Boulevard or Reilly Road. For most patients living on or near the installation, this is the closest practice that does the full range of denture and implant work in one office.
A veteran-owned practice at the edge of the installation
Dr. Jeremiah Davis is a US Army veteran. The practice has worked with active-duty members, retirees, and military families for years. We understand the realities you operate in: training cycles, deployment timing, PCS moves, and the gap between what military dental covers and what it does not. We work around those constraints.
Denture Options
Removable full and partial dentures
Traditional removable dentures replace upper, lower, or both arches. Partial dentures fill in gaps when you still have some natural teeth. We design these to fit your bite, your face shape, and your budget. The first set is rarely the last; expect adjustments in the first six months as your gums settle.
Implant-supported dentures
If you have worn traditional dentures and dealt with looseness or rocking, implant-supported dentures fix that. We place dental implants in your jaw and anchor your denture to them. Some snap on and off for cleaning. Some are fixed permanently and only your dentist can remove them.
All-on-4 for full-arch cases
All-on-4 is one approach to fixed implant-supported dentures: four implants per arch hold a complete set of teeth. The angled placement of the rear implants often lets the prosthetic use the bone you still have, sometimes avoiding the need for grafting. Whether All-on-4 is right for you depends on your bone density, your bite, and your overall health. We do a 3D CBCT scan at consultation and tell you specifically what your case needs.
Dr. Davis's Implant Credentials
For implant work, the relevant credentials are these: Master of the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD), Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (FAAID), Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology (DABOI/ID), Master of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (MICOI), and Master of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO). Dr. Davis holds all five.
The DABOI/ID is the gold standard board certification for implant dentistry in the United States. Combined with the other four mastership credentials, this represents about a decade of post-dental-school continuing education and supervised case work focused on dental implants and full-arch restoration.
Cost, Financing, and Same-Day Estimates
We give you a written estimate at the consultation, before any treatment starts. For Tricare-covered procedures, we file the claim and walk you through what is covered. For procedures not fully covered (most implant work falls in this category), CareCredit financing is available, and our Friends and Family Membership Plan offers a discount for patients without dental insurance.
Sedation Options
We offer three sedation options:
- Oral sedation: a pill before your appointment. You stay awake but relaxed. Plan to have a driver.
- Nitrous oxide: wears off within minutes. You can drive yourself home or back to the installation.
- IV sedation: for full-arch implant placement, complex grafting, or serious dental anxiety. You sleep through the procedure and need a driver.

Frequently Asked Questions
I am active duty at Pope Field. Can I come to you instead of the in-service clinic?
For procedures within the in-service clinic's scope, your in-service care is your primary option. For referrals out (procedures your clinic does not handle, like complex implant work), we accept referrals and work with Tricare. Talk to your in-service clinic first about whether a referral is needed.
Do you accept Tricare Dental?
Call our front desk to confirm current Tricare TDP acceptance and FEDVIP plan acceptance. Tricare networks change, and we keep the answer current with the office rather than the website.
How long does an All-on-4 case take?
From consultation to final permanent restoration, plan on 3 to 6 months. Same-day temporary teeth on the day of implant placement are an option for many cases. The final permanent prosthetic goes on after the implants integrate.
I am close to retirement. Should I do the work now or wait?
Depends on your plan year coverage and what changes after retirement. Tricare Dental (TDP) ends shortly after separation; FEDVIP coverage requires you to enroll yourself. If you have substantial dental work coming, doing it before separation often costs less out of pocket. We help you weigh the timing at the consultation.
