Removable, implant-supported, and All-on-4 dentures from a veteran-owned practice 20 minutes south of Spring Lake. Working with military families, retirees, and Spring Lake residents.

For Spring Lake Patients and Military Families

Spring Lake is one of the most military-connected civilian towns in the country. Active-duty members live here, military families live here, retirees who served at Fort Bragg before it was renamed live here. The town's patient base reflects that.

We are 10 to 12 miles south on Yadkin Road, near the Fort Liberty perimeter on the Fayetteville side. The trip is 20 minutes via Bragg Boulevard, no highway involved. For Spring Lake patients who already drive past our office to access the installation or for shopping in Fayetteville, the location is convenient.

What you get for the trip is a veteran-owned practice that handles the full range of denture work, from straightforward removable dentures up to All-on-4 full-arch reconstruction, all in one office. We also work with Tricare and military dental coverage, which matters when you are navigating the gap between in-service care and civilian referrals.

Getting Here From Spring Lake

Spring Lake to our office at 6402 Yadkin Road is about 10 to 12 miles and runs 20 minutes via Bragg Boulevard.

From Spring Lake, take Bragg Boulevard south. The road runs along the Fort Liberty perimeter and feeds directly into the Yadkin Road area. The practice is on the south side of Yadkin Road in the Bonnie Doone area of northwest Fayetteville.

No highway involved. The Bragg Boulevard corridor moves well most of the day; weekday morning and afternoon rush slows it to about 25 minutes. Use your GPS for live traffic and the final approach.

Dr. Davis's Implant Credentials and Military Background

Dr. Jeremiah Davis is a US Army veteran. The veteran framing matters here because it is genuinely relevant: Spring Lake patients are largely a military and military-adjacent population, and the practice is operated by someone who has been on that side of the experience.

Beyond the service background, Dr. Davis holds five master-level and board credentials in implant dentistry: Master of the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD), Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (FAAID), Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology (DABOI/ID), Master of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (MICOI), and Master of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO). The DABOI/ID is the gold standard board certification for implant dentistry in the United States. Combined with the four mastership credentials, this represents about a decade of post-dental-school continuing education focused on dental implants and full-arch restoration.

Denture Options

Removable full and partial dentures

Traditional removable dentures replace upper, lower, or both arches. Partial dentures fill in gaps when you still have some natural teeth. We design these to fit your bite, your face shape, and your budget. Plan on a few adjustments in the first six months as your gums settle.

Implant-supported dentures

If you have worn traditional dentures and dealt with looseness or rocking, implant-supported dentures fix that. We place dental implants in your jaw and anchor your denture to them. Some snap on and off for cleaning. Others are fixed permanently.

Immediate dentures after extraction

If you need teeth removed and do not want to spend a healing period with no teeth, immediate dentures go in the same day as the extractions. They function as a temporary while your gums heal over the following months. We then reline or remake the final set after everything has settled.

All-on-4 full-arch

All-on-4 is one approach to fixed implant-supported dentures: four implants per arch hold a complete set of teeth. The angled placement of the rear implants often lets the prosthetic use the bone you still have, sometimes avoiding the need for grafting. Whether All-on-4 is right for your case depends on bone density, your bite, and your overall health. We do a 3D CBCT scan at consultation and tell you specifically what your case needs.

Cost, Insurance, and Financing

We give you a written estimate at the consultation, before any treatment starts. We accept most major dental insurance plans, Tricare Dental and FEDVIP for military families and retirees (call to confirm your specific plan), and CareCredit financing for cases where insurance does not cover the balance. Our Friends and Family Membership Plan covers preventive care and offers a discount on procedures for patients without dental insurance.

Sedation Options

We offer three sedation options:

  • Oral sedation: a pill before your appointment. You stay awake but relaxed. Plan for a driver.
  • Nitrous oxide: wears off within minutes. You can drive yourself home.
  • IV sedation: for full-arch implant placement, complex grafting, or serious dental anxiety. You sleep through the procedure and need a driver.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am active duty at Fort Liberty. Should I come to you instead of in-service?

For procedures within the in-service clinic's scope, your in-service care is your primary option. For referrals out (procedures the clinic does not handle, like complex implant work), we accept referrals and work with Tricare. Talk to your in-service clinic first about whether a referral is needed.

Do you accept Tricare Dental?

Call our front desk to confirm current Tricare TDP acceptance and FEDVIP plan acceptance for retirees. Tricare networks change, and we keep the answer current with the office rather than the website.

I am retiring soon. Should I do my dental work now or wait?

Depends on your plan year coverage and what changes after retirement. Tricare Dental (TDP) ends shortly after separation; FEDVIP coverage requires you to enroll yourself. If you have substantial dental work coming, doing it before separation often costs less out of pocket. We help you weigh the timing at consultation.

How long does an All-on-4 case take?

From consultation to final permanent restoration, plan on 3 to 6 months. Same-day temporary teeth on the day of implant placement are an option for many cases. The final permanent prosthetic goes on after the implants integrate.

Can you handle a redo of a previous implant case?

Yes. Failed-implant and revision cases are a regular part of what we do. Bring imaging from your original case if you have it, or we do new 3D imaging at the consultation. We tell you what is salvageable and what is not before any treatment starts.
